By accessing Attestia services (website, dashboard, evidence and related products) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Attestia provides sovereign notarization software and services on IOTA Rebased, purchase of ATTESTIA_CREDIT, public verification and forensic reports produced through independent server-side examination. Desktop, mobile and edge products may operate with the same user-controlled sovereign identity.
You control your wallet and 24-word mnemonic. Attestia does not custody secrets and cannot recover a lost account. Loss of the mnemonic means irreversible loss of access to the account and associated credits.
The forensic report documents a real examination of the notarization object and supplied parameters, reproducing on-chain Profile rules with standard tools. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee any specific procedural outcome before a court.
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, to bypass security controls, or to interfere with Attestia or third-party infrastructure.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Attestia is not liable for indirect damages, user-attributable data loss, loss of mnemonic, or unavailability of third-party public networks (including IOTA Rebased). Where liability applies, it is limited to the amount paid to Attestia for the specific service in the preceding twelve months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
